The Twente R User Group connects staff and students at the University of Twente that work with the R open-source statistical programming software. Given its wide variety of functions and possibilities to connect with other software and languages, the Group aims to inform its members of newly developed or less-known R libraries and functions, but its aim is also to share experience in efficient programming and analysis. Although established at the University of Twente, the group is open to all people interested in more efficient use of R. The TRUG meets monthly, where alternating presenters show examples of problems they typically encounter and possible solutions, if available. After every presentation, a short description will be uploaded to this blog, as well as any available slides. Presentations will be in English, unless all present master Dutch.TRUG-1
